How It Works

Register Online: You (the parent or Guardian) will fill out a brief Questionnaire online.

Receive your request: Once you submit your request, you will be able to schedule a brief call with us to discuss if this is the right fit for your family.

Accept enrollment: once the enrollment has been confirmed, we will send out a copy of policies and procedures, and send out an invoice.

You're on the route!: Once payment has been Received, your child will be added to the route. from there, we handle the logistics, while you enjoy peace of mind.

3. How are your drivers vetted?

All drivers undergo a comprehensive background check, hold a valid Driver’s License (DL) and complete mandatory training on safety protocols and child transportation.

4. Are your vehicles marked with a company logo?

Yes, all our vehicles are clearly marked with the Thunder Riders Kids Commute logo for easy identification and additional safety.

5. What is your policy on payments?

We offer both monthly (auto-drafted on the 1st of every month) and weekly payment options (due on Friday for the prior week). Payments are expected on the scheduled due date to ensure continuous service.
